I'd really appreciate some help!

Hey! this question is not really about Say Say Say. I'm having trouble with my posts at michaeljackson.com, they trigger the spam filter! I miss posting, I haven't been able to do it for a couple of days. I wonder if any of you guys knows why this happens and how to solve it.

Well, as far as I know, the spam filter just triggers for no apparent reason...But when the capcha is typed in, you should be able to post...At least, that works for me every time  

Thanks Tholstrup83! I've posted with CAPTCHAS a couple times but lately I don't even get them, my posts are immediately rejected... Then I guess they'll allow my posts again eventually. :(
This might not have any influence but I wonder if those PM's I sent with the same content to some of the buddies I added triggered the spam filter... I had little time to PM everyone so I copied and pasted a message :S

It could be you have some sort of virus or malware on your system that is trying to attach something along with your post.  Scan your system.

I' ve had that happen a few times lately, and I had trouble if I didn't type the captcha exactly, as in capitals, lower case, etc.  Make sure you're typing the capitals, or get a new captcha if you can't read it.   Sometimes they're hard to tell.  I had a problem logging in to that site yesterday, it wouldn't accept my password.  I had to have them email me a new login, then change the password back.  That site has its moments, that's for sure.  It was never designed for this many people.

Try that, maybe that will help.  Good luck.

Well my problem is not solved yet. :( It's been more than a week and I've been able to post only three times, the rest of attempts have all failed. As I told you before, I don't mind typing in the CAPTCHA, but I don't even get it... It's immediatly rejected. I guess I'll just have to wait and see!
It makes me a little sad not to be able to post, cause I see there are a lot of people needing comfort and love out there in the official website forum.

Jeaneth, keep trying.  I had a login failure there, had to rerequest my password twice.  Maybe email Sony???

I'm quite sure I can change my password in Account settings... Not sure changing it will solve it...
:/ Gonna try right now and let u know.
