VERYcute- thanks for sharing, Suz!  The medley was kind of odd to me...but I so what? It's the Jacksons (even though Randy called them the J5!).

Aw!  He looks adorable.  I bet back then there were very few people who would have upstaged the Cos; Michael was one of them!

First let me start off by saying that I am in constant aw of Michael's voice and talent. He is truly amazing. that manis just beautful

Second.. When Jackie and Marlon were singing Danny Boy I only heard one voice. Maybe my speaker is busted or someone's mike was off. That part confused me

Well, all this confuses me.  Some of the song choices on these two shows are ... interesting.  Like why didn't Michael change the lyrics in STrumming My Pain With "HIS" Finger?  Never understand taht.  I can't tell if there's one or two singing Danny Boy.  I just know taht the brothers may have had a modicum of talent, but Michael outshone all of them, always.  Not intentionally, he was just that good!  The Dear Lord must have spent a little more time on him, right?

I don't think I've ever actually heard that song sung by a man, now that you mention it.  Maybe they just chose it because it suited his range and didn't give any thoughts to the sexual connotations.  Michael was too young to really know any better--well, at least too young to think people would read anything into it.  I love the footage Suz!
